Chanute Manufacturing’s history of HRSG manufacturing is long and storied. Since the early 1980’s Chanute has produced more HRSG’s than any facility in North America. From the first cogen “PURPA” machines to latest’s triple pressure reheat units behind F and G class turbines Chanute’s experience and product depth is unmatched. We have manufactured nearly every component from the outlet of the turbine to the stack entrance. Our single source capability sets us apart from all other domestic fabricators. Fabrication Experience That Makes a Difference

With almost 25 years of header fabricating experience, Chanute is equipped to perform all fabrication in house. Machining and hole preparation are performed on horizontal boring mills while tube stubs are manufactured and installed to exacting tolerances. Tube to header welding is performed by Chanute’s world class welders who perform thousands of these welds each year.
